Audience Task

The audience for Lilly Allen's song "Smile" we feel are young mainstreamers, this is because they like brands but do not want to stand out from the crowd. However, they have a need for security and plan for the future.

What Emily does in her spare time: Sing, apply make-up, partying, going to the cinema and spending time with her boyfriend

The magazines Emily reads: Look, Reveal, Love it have juicy gossip, true-life stories and the latest fashion trends and tips
















The mode of transport Emily uses: The bus because it is free and she has a free 16-18 oyster

The gadgets Emily uses: Laptop, Blackberry to communicate with her friends as well as use social network sites


The Brands Emily is attracted to: D&G and Gucci have amazing clothes and accessories but is too expensive to own anything.


Where Emily buys her clothes from: Topshop, Newlook, Miss Selfridge because they are up to date in the latest fashion trends as well as being cheap.










The favourite drink: Diet Coke because it is low in calories

Where Emily would like to go on holiday? Aiya Napa because it is a nice place to go on holiday as it has sandy beaches and a good party scene.





Why Does Emily like Lily Allen? Emily likes Lily Allen because she is a strong individual and can relate to her. Emily too had a troubled upbringing like Lilly. Emily can relate to Lily's lyrics  and her favourite song is "Smile".
